Lingerie etc. offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way not satisfied with the goods purcahsed from our shop , we will exchange them or give you a full credit note. Returned items should be in their original condition and packaging. Items should be unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.
Items should be returned within 28 days of purchase.
