It works by bringing together a wide range of individuals
and organisations which are active in the region’s cultural
life. They share their experience and ambitions, seek common
goals, decide shared plans of action, and speak for the benefits
which culture and cultural activity bring to the quality of
life of all the people in the region. |

educators and government and unite them on a common employer-led

is the Sector Skills Council for the Audio Visual Industries,
which comprise broadcast, film, video, interactive media and
photo imaging. |
