Mary Spencer Lingerie etc. offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way not satisfied with the goods ordered from our website , we will exchange them or give you a full refund. Returned items should be in their original condition and packaging. Items should be unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.

Mary Spencer Lingerie etc. cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post and therefore proof of postage and insurance should be obtained when returning goods.
